Natural disasters (floods) can cause psychological impacts and potential public health hazards. Children carrying out daily activities will be disturbed, including learning, fear, remembering the flood under normal conditions. need mental psychosocial support, which are essential in creating supporting states that allow optimal growth welfare of children disaster situations. Deket Sub-district, one sub-districts Lamongan Regency, is a frequent flood. Sidomulyo Village has highest height, with water levels between 15 to 37 centimeters 2022. SDN 1 schools affected by this annual This activity aims increase elementary school teachers' knowledge skills providing Psychosocial Structured Activities (PSSA) through empowering teachers. The method used first stage: training teachers, second assisting teachers PSSA for students, third evaluation follow-up plans. students were enthusiastic active participating various stages activity. There an effect on level teacher (p = 0.014), all have good after being given mentoring.
